Alle <strong>LoviSil\u00ae-Kabelmuffen<\/strong>\u00a0sind elektrisch mit <strong>fl\u00fcssigem Silikon<\/strong> isoliert. Dieses D\u00e4mmmedium unterscheidet sich von allen Schrumpf- und Push-up-Techniken durch eine Reihe einzigartiger Eigenschaften.<\/p>\n<p>Die LoviSil\u00ae-Technologie ist <strong>universell<\/strong>, <strong>einfach zu installieren<\/strong> und bietet den <strong>besten Schutz<\/strong>. Der Joint hat sich nicht nur seit 30 Jahren in bestehenden Netzwerken weltweit bew\u00e4hrt. Diese Technologie ist auch in der Lage, mit neuen Entwicklungen wie <strong>Netzverst\u00e4rkung und nachhaltiger Energie<\/strong> umzugehen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Silikon bleibt fl\u00fcssig und isoliert daher alle Teile in der Fassung perfekt. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit partieller Entladungen durch Lufteinschluss ist daher minimal.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>LoviSil\u00ae und Feuchtigkeit<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Im Kontakt mit <strong>Wasser oder feuchter Luft<\/strong> bildet LoviSil\u00ae einen isolierenden Silikonkautschuk. Dadurch entsteht eine <strong>Abdichtung<\/strong> , die weiteres Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit verhindert.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>LoviSil\u00ae und zuk\u00fcnftige Netzwerke<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Die patentierte, <strong>fl\u00fcssige LoviSil-Isolierung\u00ae<\/strong> mit minimaler Durchschlagsfestigkeit E = 21 kV\/mm (gemessen gem\u00e4\u00df IEC 60156) garantiert eine perfekte und langlebige <strong>Isolierung<\/strong> der <strong>Kabelverbindung<\/strong>, insbesondere in modernen <strong>MV-Verteilnetzen<\/strong> , in denen mehrere Belastungsfaktoren vorhanden sind.<\/p>\n<p>LoviSil\u00ae ist eine silikonbasierte Isolierung, die hohen Temperaturen widersteht und die angeborene F\u00e4higkeit besitzt, Teilentladungen (z. B. Korona) zu unterdr\u00fccken. Der geringe Dissipationsfaktor macht LoviSil\u00ae zu einem perfekten<strong> Isoliermittel<\/strong> f\u00fcr Netzwerke, die stark mit <strong>Harmonischen<\/strong> kontaminiert sind.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>LoviSil\u00ae und PDs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Aufgrund der \u00e4hnlichen Permittivit\u00e4t von <strong>LoviSil<\/strong> und <strong>XLPE<\/strong> gibt es keine Verzerrung des elektrischen Feldes an der Grenzfl\u00e4che zwischen XLPE und LoviSil. Die Grenze zwischen XLPE und LoviSil ist eine physikalische Schnittstelle (\u00dcbergang von einem Material zu einem anderen).<\/p>\n<p>Bei LoviSil-Kabelverbindungen\u00ae bedeutet dies, dass die Feldlinien ungef\u00e4hr in dieselbe Richtung folgen, da die Permittivit\u00e4t (Epsilon) beider Materialien \u00e4hnlich ist \u2013 die Feldbrechung wird minimiert. Dennoch gibt es eine Schnittstelle, denn an einem bestimmten Punkt endet ein Material und ein anderes beginnt. Elektrisch gesehen gibt es auch die Grenzfl\u00e4che \u2013 eine kleine Abweichung in den Permittivit\u00e4tswerten (die Bindestrich-Variante ist zwar minimal, aber dennoch vorhanden). Die Tatsache, dass es <strong>kein PD<\/strong> gibt, h\u00e4ngt mit der minimalen Unterbrechung der Schnittstelle zusammen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>LoviSil\u00ae und papierisolierte Kabel<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>LoviSil\u00ae hat dieselbe <strong>Isolierfunktion<\/strong> wie das Kabelfett von Papierkabel. Dies schlie\u00dft Ausflussspuren durch Papierdehydrierung aus.<\/p>\n<h3>Logistik<\/h3>\n<p>LoviSil-Gelenke\u00ae bestehen aus Modulen. Dadurch ist die Kabelh\u00fclle sehr flexibel und universell anwendbar.
