What does the Sales & Marketing department do?
The Sales department maintains contact with customers and develops ‘new business’ by, among other things, working on new countries and introducing new applications. More than 60% of our products are exported, so the department has a strong international character. The marketing department is responsible for the promotion of Lovink’s products and services, such as maintaining and setting up online activities and coordinating trade fair participations.

1. Will you help us manage customer relationships in the CRM system?
The CRM system at Lovink Enertech is in need of a new impulse. Are we going to vitalize our existing CRM system or are we going to replace it and set up a new CRM system?
Objective
Effective use and implementation of a CRM system so that it can be effectively used and consulted by Sales and Customer Service.
Required knowledge
MBO+ / HBO level in ICT and/or Marketing and preferably experience in CRM systems.
Duration
Internship for 4-6 months
2. Are you going to set up the sales funnel for Lovink Enertech?
Setting up a system in which the forecast of sales opportunities is displayed in a number of relevant parameters, with a funnel according to conversion rate (probability of turnover).
Purpose
Building a system that allows sales opportunities and planning to be displayed based on expected revenue over time. Where possible, integration with existing ICT systems.
Required knowledge
HBO Commercial Economics with knowledge of Sales techniques at NIMA A level.
Duration
Internship for 3 months
3. Will you come up with a new cost price system with us?
Setting up a new system for pricing products based on the existing portfolio of products as well as for new products to be developed
Purpose
A new pricing system based on multiple insights into cost/market price and price-determining instruments
Required knowledge
HBO/WO with knowledge of cost price techniques. Experience with translation into P&L methodology and calculation model.
Duration
Internship for 3-4 months
4. Are you going to set up a Marketing Information System for us?
Researching the market on databases and information from customers and competitors
Purpose
Mapping market data and classifying them in a suitable system so that relevant analyses can be made
Required knowledge
HBO Commercial Economics or similar and preferably knowledge of analysis techniques and systems
Duration
Internship for 6-12 months. Also possible for a combination of study and work.
5. Will you take our customer experience to the next level?
Make a plan of action to make better use of the results of our customer satisfaction survey by setting up improvement actions together with the departments
Objective
Improve the effectiveness of the organization, which increases the customer experience
Required knowledge
