The LoviSil® straight joint stands for maximum reliability in medium-voltage grids. This premium cable joint combines innovative liquid silicone technology with thoughtful engineering to achieve a durable, interference-free connection between XLPE cables and other polymeric-insulated cables, such as EPR.

  • Optimal protection – tested up to 2 bar water pressure

  • Proven reliability in harsh environments – functions in contaminated soil, extreme heat or cold.

High-quality insulation – LoviSil® liquid silicone provides a ‘cavity-free’ electrical insulation.

Dual protection – ABS outer joint filled with Protolin® polyurethane resin.

Ease of installation – can be installed pre-assembled as much as possible and completely flame-free.

Universally applicable – available with various cable modules, making it also suitable as a transition joint.
