Johann considers himself a ‘late bloomer’. He started a technical HBO course at a later age and ended up at Lovink through his graduation internship. After years of working in the installation industry, he is now involved in the design and development of cable accessories.

Innovation and technical development are central to Lovink’s future growth. Johann feels at home in the team of developers. A multi-disciplinary team composed of experts with both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, chemistry and mechanical engineering. Interesting issues regularly come from customers that Johann and the team like to sink their teeth into. To bring projects to a successful conclusion, Lovink also has modern and well-equipped lab facilities, such as an electrical and materials laboratory.

In order to respond to all developments, Lovink Enertech believes it is important to also invest in the development of people. Johann is only too happy with this because he knows better than anyone that you are never too old to learn. For example, he recently completed another course in Prototyping. “Due to all the technological developments, the possibilities of prototyping for engineering have increased enormously. And of course, we are always looking for opportunities to develop our products more innovatively and quickly,” says Johann.
