Lovink Enertech B.V. has held a long-standing contract to supply medium voltage jointing solutions to National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) for nearly 25 years.

Our LoviSil® M Series joints, used across the 11kV and 33kV range, support NGED’s programme to strengthen network resilience and provide reliable electricity to nearly 8 million customers across the East and West Midlands, South West, and Wales — covering a distribution area of over 55,000 square kilometres.

Pictured below is Richard Coad, based at NGED’s Redruth depot, completing a 11kV transition joint using the M Series. He shared the following:

“What I enjoy about the Lovink M series joints are the innovation and design process that’s gone into the joint. ‘It’s the little things’ that have been thought about… the ease of the LoviSil… the clear inner shell… the simple earth screen. Lovink have done as much as they can to aid the jointing process and make life easier for the craftsman.”

NGED is recognised as the UK’s largest electricity distribution network operator, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, customer service, innovation, and environmental performance. Lovink Enertech B.V. is proud to support these aims through robust, installer-focused jointing systems proven in field conditions.
