Tamara likes to talk about her work as a packer of cable modules. She started here 11 years ago as a holiday worker and still feels at home at Lovink every day. According to Tamara, her work doesn’t feel like production work. It is not assembly line work, there is a lot of precision involved and you have to keep your head in the game.
Tamara has set up her workplace as optimally as possible on her own initiative. For example, she has cleverly arranged the most frequently used parts of the cable modules and had a system of trays and drawers built.
Tamara’s range of tasks has gradually expanded and today she also carries out support work for expedition. For this she obtained her VCA and forklift certificate. Sometimes this also involves administrative work and although she likes to do this, she is still happy that she can work with her hands every day, an office job would not be for her.
Tamara likes to work in a small team, where everyone knows each other well and where people are there for each other when something needs to be solved. Something that you still have to make use of as a single parent. But on the other hand, Lovink can always call on her. For example, last year Tamara went to England for a few days to assist one of our customers on location.
Lovink Enertech considers this relationship with its employees important.
