Vincent graduated as a chemical technologist a year ago and started his career as a developer at Lovink Enertech. Although most of his fellow students choose a job in process technology, Vincent is still happy with his choice for Lovink Enertech every day.
Vincent is the1st point of contact in the field of chemistry and is happy to help his colleagues, both theoretically and practically. His desk is often exchanged for the lab where the new ideas are tested.
Lovink’s cable sets owe their success in part to the contribution of insulation materials such as liquid silicone (LoviSil®) and polyurethane resin (Protolin®). The carefully constructed recipes are developed in-house and partly produced. By extensively testing the insulation material, Lovink can guarantee good quality. Our years of experience, but also the input of young, highly educated talents such as Vincent, mean that we are still developing our products.
The energy transition that is now underway offers sufficient opportunities for this. As far as Vincent is concerned, the products cannot be safe enough and that is one of the most important spearheads in his projects. He likes to take the lead in this and then notices the advantage of a smaller, committed organization: “Lovink is not a large bureaucratic group, own initiative and improvement proposals are appreciated and that gives a sense of trust,” says Vincent.
