For the implementation, Lovink worked closely with various departments within Westland Infra:
- Asset Management
- Work planners
- Purchasing
Together, cable specifications were drawn up and the right cable joints were selected. In December and January, technicians followed extensive theoretical and practical training. Under Lovink’s guidance, the first LoviSil® cable joint was successfully installed.
